1. Chilli Chicken
Soya sauce marinade adds the Chinese element to this dish, and this Indian Chinese Food item will be the best starter in parties. Main ingredients are garlic, ginger, chicken (coated in a paste of hot chili), and spices, onions and green chilies. It also has a “dry” version that is deep-fried. We can also use other proteins like paneer and seafood, and also honey chili potatoes in this dish.
2. Chicken Manchurian
The credit for the creation of this Chinese Food Item goes to Nelson Wang of China Garden who introduced Manchurian to Mumbai in 1975. 4. Manchow Soup
In the Indian Chinese food version, Manchow Soup is a spicy soup based upon soy and with ginger and garlic. Its main ingredients are carrots, celery, vegetables or meat, scallions, and fried noodles.
5. Spring Rolls
In China, this Indian Chinese Food item is as Chūn Juǎn. These are Cantonese-style dumplings and made for welcoming the spring. But in India, they are fried golden, filled with juliennes, vegetables, and often served as party snacks.
