It Is  Shock To  Find Out  Captain  Does  Not   Did   Some   Specific  Kind Of  Cardio Or  cardiovascular  Exercises To      Shred   His  body.  Captain Was on  Regime To  Put On   Pounds  Of  Muscles.  Unlike  Everyone  He  Does   Not      Focus  on  Cardio    Rather Than  He’d do Ciruits .  Because  Chris  Goal Was Not To lose Muscles   But To  gain     Some   Hefty     Muscles

His  Cardio  Came  From  Doing  Ciruits Only.    Which  Is  Way   More  Effective  For  Conditioning  And  Flexibility  Because  you  are  Working At  Much  Higher    Heart Rate .  Chris  Did  No   Jogging,  No Rowing, No Cycling -Nothing!

The Main Reason is his Nutrition (Secret)  :-

 Protein:-

 Chris  Diet  Contains  A  Lot  Of  protein .He  Eat A  Lots Of  Chicken breasts, drink A Lot  Of  Protein Shakes,    Almonds etc.  He Ate  A large  Amount Of  2  Grams  Protein  Per  Kilograms Of  His  Bodyweight That   Was  achieved By  His Special   Diet.

See he Eats A lots Of Protein Throughout the Day to Make His Muscles Repair Faster And Grow Bigger. He Weights 170-180 pounds and his goal was to achieve 200 pounds for captain america , for this he eats atleast approx 360 grams of protein everyday and that is huge amount of protein intake .

  1.   Barbells Incline Bench Press (Medium Grip)
  2.   Close Grip Bench Press
  3.   Incline Push-ups
  4.   Normal Push-ups
  5.   Decline Bench Press
  6.   Pull-Ups
  7.   Barbell Deadlifts
  8.   Chin-ups

 

  Biceps/Triceps:

  1.    Weighted Bench Dips
  2.   One Arm Kettlebell Row
  3.    Incline Hammer Curls
  4.   Overhead Cable Curls
  5.    Incline Inner Biceps curl
  6.    EZ-Bar Curl

 

Note:- These Exercises should Be Performed With 2 Sets Of 8-10 Reps (Each Exercise).
